Land investments focus on superior retail and mixed-use sites based on state and municipal thoroughfare plans and future single family development projections. MDC has been recognized by the Dallas Business Journal since 2002 as one of the largest retail developers in North Texas.

MDC partners collectively have more than 70 years of executive experience in managing the core elements of the development process: including land acquisition, design/engineering/construction, finance, marketing/leasing/sales and disposition. The partners have developed more than 8.5 million SF of retail space, valued in excess of $975,000,000.
