Parkwood Plaza - Fort Worth, TX 31 acre site retail development. The project is anchored by Academy Sports, Sears Appliance, Aldi's Food Stores, NTB and T-Mobile. The project will contain approximately 235,000 SF upon completion in the spring of 2011.  Aerial Photo October, 2009 - Parkwood Plaza Plaza de Oro - Cockrell Hill, TX Retail Shopping anchored be EL Rancho Supermercado, Big Daddy's Liquor, Beer & Wine, Autozone, Pizza Patron and Mi Doctor. The Center contains 102,000 SF. Completed fall, 2009.  Plaza de Oro Shops at Hudson Oaks - Hudson Oaks, TX Retail shops consisting of approximately 84,000 SF and four outparcels on a 10.9 acre site anchored by a Walmart Supercenter, Big Daddy's Liquor, Beer and Wine and McDonald's. Estimated completion, fall 2010. Highland Station Shopping Center - Fort Worth, TX Phase 1 Shops consisting of 20,100 SF and four outparcels on a portion of 14 acre. Phase 1 was completed in January, 2008.  Highland Station Retail Shops Phase 1 Shops at Park Vista - Fort Worth, TX Phase 1 shops were completed in January, 2007 and consist of 16,800 SF on a portion of 16 acres zoned retail, plus 5 acres of additional mized-use property. Project tenants include Racetrac, Dunn Bros. Coffee and Jet Pizza. Longhorn Shops - Fort Worth, TX Phase 1 shops consisting of 19,800 SF and two outparcels on 3.9 acres anchored by a Big Daddy's Wines & Spirits. Construction was completed in June, 2006. Roanoke Gateway Shopping Center - Roanoke, TX Construction estimated to commence, Spring 2010. Shopping center to be anchored by national retail tenants and will include approximately 175,000 SF of anchors and shops on 18 acres.  Land Holdings & Future Development Projects City Lights - Dallas, TX Mixed use retail and residentail containing approximately 750,000SF of development with 200,000SF of retail and approximately 425 residential units located in the Dallas Urban Core. City Lights - Concept Elevations Corinth Town Center - Corinth, TX Land investment consisting of a 21 acre shopping center site to be developed with a grocery and other anchor tenants. Bear Creek Shopping Center - Glenn Heights, TX Land investment of a 17 acre shopping center site. Tenants include Wendy's Chili's, Chase, Subway, Payless Shoes, GameStop, Wells Fargo, Sonic, Dickey's Barbecue, Pizza Hut, Taco Bueno, Leslie's Pools and Sally Beauty Supply.  Retail Shops at Roanoke Crossing, Roanoke, TX Altamesa Shopping Center - Fort Worth, TX (2004-2006) Redevelopment of Kroger anchored center & vacant Kmart. 180,905 SF anchored by a renovated Kroger, LA Fitness, Office Depot and Cititrends. Other tenants include GameStop, Subway, Church's Chicken and Sally Beauty Supply.  Altamesa Shopping Center. Northgate Hills Shopping Center - Irving, TX (2004) 101,100 SF redevelopment of an existing Kroger anchored center. Tenants include Bank of America, Family Dollar, Ace Cash and Nationwide insurance. The Village at Los Rios - Plano, TX (2004-2005) 94,000 SF anchored by Kroger. Tenants include CATO and Great Clips. Parkway North Shopping Center - Keller, TX (2003-2006) Phase 2 of Tarrant Parkway Commons-restaurants and retail. Tenants include LA Fitness, Golden Corral, Chase, Friday's and Taco Bell. Sachse Commons Shopping Center - Sachse, TX (2003) 136,00 SF on 28 acres anchored by Kroger.
